In The Blackwater — Whispering Current, the artist explores the mutable nature of identity through the poetics of water, atmosphere, and light. Figures emerge and dissolve within dreamlike environments, suspended between a sense of belonging and transformation. Motifs of thread, roots, and fish trace the invisible networks connecting the self to ancestry, ecology, and the subconscious.
